Same error here. I am running 10.6.6 on an Intel Macbook. Would love for this to work. Any new updates?

Hi Hersson,

thanks for your very quick answer! I immediately tried it out, however, this was not the solution.

At least I know now, that the problem is not 10.6.8 and that I have to look for other possibilities.

I am also running 10.6.8, and it’s working just fine here.
Have you tried reinstalling Soundflower as well? It’s a long shot, but in lack of a better suggestion it’s the only thing I can think of.

HI,

I had installed RaopX since some time now and it was always working very well (thanks for this great pice of software). However, after the last OSX updates (I don’t know exactly when, because I haven’t needed RaopX for some time now), I get the same error messages as the others:

Which device would you like to use
Enter number and press : 1
RaopX(879) malloc: *** error for object 0xc: pointer being reallocated was not allocated
*** set a breakpoint in malloc_error_break to debug
ERR: rtspcl_add_exthds: realloc failed: Cannot allocate memory

I have re-installed RaopX (an rebooted), but the error remains. Is there a solution for this problem available?

PS: BTW I’m working on a MacBook Pro with 10.6.8
